“Exchange Notices” are coming out informing employees about the Exchanges and how to access them and what they are.
By 10/1/2013 your employer is required to hand out a notice about the government Public Exchange. It is required by law for almost all employers to inform their employees about the public exchange and that employees may be eligible for tax subsidies.
