HUGE NEWS!
President Obama is considering the possibility of allowing people that had a plan in place prior to 12/31/2013 keeping it for 3 years, even though they are not compliant with the Affordable Care Act. This is very big, big news!
Goes with “if you like your plan you can keep your plan” (for 3 more years).
This news, one way or another, has no bearing on the plans that are “Grandfathered”.
