Yesterday (5/20/2014) the Nevada Exchange Board decided to terminate the account they have with Xerox (the company that was hired to build the Nevada Health Link’s website). The termination was due to the many errors that customers have been experiencing.

Xerox will continue to support the website until the next “Open Enrollment” that begins 11/15/2014. This is also the date when Nevada will begin using the Federal website.

We here at Nevada Insurance Enrollment quite frankly are relieved! With the countless problems of the website, we, and our customers, have experienced frustration beyond description. We are grateful for the decision the Exchange Board has made and appreciate them listening to the concerns of the public, insurance brokers, insurance carriers and that of many others.
