New contractor hired to fix Nevada Health Link problems

There is now a new Contractor hired to fix Nevada Health Link’s website prior to next year’s “Open Enrollment”. The next open enrollment begins in November 2014.

The 1st open enrollment resulted in poor results, frustrating enrollment problems with the website, poor public user experience and Nevada Health Link not meeting their enrollment goals. These problems spawned a desire to fix the website and improve the user experience and thereby increasing enrollment for next season’s open enrollment.
